Itinerary

1

Base Camp to Athirumala

Arrive at the Bonacaud forest picket station early morning. After a briefing and permit checks, begin the 18 KM trek through dense evergreen forests. Stop for lunch at the midway point before ascending to the Athirumala base camp where we stay for the night.

Descent to Bonacaud

On the third morning, after breakfast at Athirumala base camp, we will start the 18 KM descent back to the Bonacaud forest picket station. We anticipate arriving back at civilization by the early afternoon.
